Delivery

We deliver to all destinations within the UK, Europe and most overseas countries. If you are unsure about whether we deliver to your destination please phone us on +(44) 01273 741 534.

We aim to deliver your goods as quickly as possible, and it is our aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment authorisation/clearance. In most circumstances products should reach delivery destination in the UK within five working days, providing the product is in stock. Please allow longer for Europe and Overseas.

Orders are dispatched either by Royal Mail First Class or Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day if requested by telephone on +(44) 01273 741 534.

Postage and packaging for orders over £100.00 within the UK is FREE

Postage and packaging for orders under £100.00 within the UK is £3.95

Postage and packaging to the Republic of Ireland and Europe is £6.95.

Postage and packaging Overseas is £9.95.

Returns

SBP Health are happy to refund or exchange items brought online provided the item is returned in an unused condition and are still in their original packaging with the plastic tags still attached. This must be completed within 7 days of receipt of the item and all postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
